You can permanently delete your NAVROOP account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
In-app: Open NAVROOP, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account, and confirm.
By request: If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from your registered email address to our support team using the contact details on the Support page, and we will delete your account within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, login credentials, goals, tasks, progress history, and screen-time summaries from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Data Retention
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which it is permanently removed.
